Swift Labor and Sanitation Services exists because BC's operators deserve a staffing partner that shows up on time, shows up trained, and doesn't disappear after the first month.
Our story
We saw a gap between what operators need and what staffing agencies deliver.
BC's cannabis, food-processing, agriculture, and industrial employers share the same frustration: they need reliable crews fast, with basic compliance training already in place. Most staffing agencies hand off warm bodies and call it a day.
We launched Swift to do it differently, purpose-built for the kinds of shifts that happen at 5 AM in a sanitation window, in a cannabis flower room at harvest, on a bakery production line that cannot pause.

When we commit to a 6 AM start, our crew is in the parking lot at 5:45. If we can't staff a role, we say so. We don't waste your shift.
Safety as a standard
Every Swift worker is WHMIS-trained before their first shift. Food-grade and cannabis roles get industry-specific orientation. WorkSafeBC coverage is fully handled.
